The Story
About Dale's Angels
A travel and lifestyle company built on curated, meaningful experiences.
Our founder
Soul of the Valley is presented by Dale's Angels Inc., founded by Felicia M. Baxter, MD, MBA. Dale's Angels curates travel and lifestyle experiences with a focus on intention, community, and restoration — from boutique travel planning to gatherings designed to bring people back to themselves. Felicia's background bridges medicine and hospitality, and that perspective shapes everything: the belief that rest isn't a luxury or an afterthought, but something worth designing with real care.
Soul of the Valley is the company's flagship wellness retreat — an intimate, design-led escape that pairs elevated comfort with guided rituals and the quiet of the Tennessee mountains. It's built for the traveler who wants restoration without compromise, and who values being part of something small and considered rather than mass-produced.
What we believe
We believe the best experiences are intentional, intimate, and unhurried. We cap the retreat at twelve guests on purpose. We handle the logistics on purpose. And we choose every detail — from the welcome table to the farewell coffee — to serve a single goal: that you leave lighter than you arrived, with something you can carry home.
