These terms govern your reservation and attendance at Soul of the Valley, presented by Dale's Angels Inc.

Reservations

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a space or constitute payment. Spaces are limited to twelve guests and confirmed only after we communicate pricing and you complete the confirmation process.

Eligibility

The retreat is for adults ages 18 and older. Accurate traveler information, including ages, is required.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of confirmation. Please review them before completing payment.

Assumption of risk

Wellness activities (including tai chi, reiki, and outdoor experiences) are undertaken voluntarily. Consult your physician before participating if you have health concerns.

Changes

We may adjust programming, guides, or schedule details as needed to deliver the best possible experience. Material changes will be communicated to confirmed guests.
